Thanks for sharing your families story Helen Tse.. I bought this for my mom, she loves to color mandalas and this book is huge! The designs are very nice.. There is no moralizing in this book. One should not expect this to be a pleasant experience and it is not. He dwells on harmony as the nucleus of the Master Mind saying "Harmony is the nucleus around which the state of mind knows as the "Master Mind" must be developed. More detailed than other similar works available from Amazon Kindle. Dallas, has overcome some of his demons but he needs and wants to capture and confront the two people who were instrumental in his and Jane's kidnapping and torture - "The Jailer" and "The Woman". First, it's hardcover, not the cheaply glued paperbacks you usually get. Even Monash's FODMaps booklet and app aren't consistent and/or are incomplete. Only a change of heart can help the Salmon now.
