The book can serve both as a classroom textbook and as a reference for engineers. Much less was revealed about Mabel and Helen, and I choose to see this book as Helen's tribute to the sacrifice and success of her grandmother Lily. (3) TCM adds quality to the days it does give. Not at all what I hoped for, this book does not do much for you, if you're planing on useing it to help you manage your low carb diet you'll find that this book is kind of crippled it does what the title implies, but it does JUST that, it would make a BIG difference if it stated if the number of carbs it lists include fiber content or better yet, if it listed both carbs and fiber.. The story begins with Lily, Helen's grandmother, in a rural village in China. Until I started talking to my other classmates, all of whom were also very befuddled with this book.
