The illustrations are black & white and not very clear. It should be entitled: "The History of Salt, With Numerous Accompanying Recipes Down Through All The Centuries, That Include Fish, Meat, and Veggies." The author did good research on how to use salt in preparing delicious dishes in various centuries, presenting such recipes word for word. It includes gorgeous photos and interesting text. If you design and build SharePoint sites and have not read this book, I would recommend reading it. I liked this book because it was really funny.. But this is his autobiography, the story of his life, and his opinion of the war is just one part of it. I look at the next 10000 days instead of the next 10. And this book is great in that helps.
