Out of place and time, Kii and his companions struggle to adjust to a seemingly ordinary, everyday life, while wondering why they were sent to the past in the first place, and if they're stuck there permanently.
My 8 year old LOVES Snoop Troops. Would like to see more substance. This is probably my favorite. I can't possibly lend my copy to anyone, because it's so marked up, so I'm going to be buying additional copies for people who I think will appreciate it. What the author is trying to say is that inventions have many fathers, and, what he should have said IMO is that all of these inventors should be encouraged by society, if they did not just steal the invention from another. His book is refreshingly short, simple and to the point, without the fluff. The ideas used as examples are wonderful. They are pretty easy to understand and use, though. I'll take your word for it.
See, I don't have a background in art; I recognize that an image is interesting, but often only if it's pointed out to me, and usually I don't have the vocabulary to express my thoughts, which I was hoping this book could help me with.
